"Great Courtyard"

The St. James is a lovely Hotel with most rooms overlooking a lovely stone courtyard. The management and staff is very pet friendly and indicated some flexiblitiy in the weight limit. Lana suggests calling if you have a well behaved larger pet to see if an exception is possible. It has a great location a few short blocks to The French Quarter. Rooms starting at $109 (March 2008) were a good value.
