"Nine Zero is a Perfect Ten"

Nine Zero is now a Kimpton hotel, which are always at the top of Lana's list with no fees, no weight limits, and no restrictions on leaving well behaved pets in the room. Nine Zero is on the top of most everyone else's lists too. An award-winning 4 star hotel, Conde Nast Traveler has placed Nine Zero on its Gold List of the world's best hotels for three straight years. The hotel has also been voted Boston's Best Boutique Hotel by Boston magazine.

Nine Zero is a very good location for the Boston Common and the Broadway Theater district, and is well situated for dogs due to easy access to the park. It's within reasonable (but not close) walking distance of the Government Center, Faneuil Hall, and the Quincey Market. Beacon Hill, the original and still high class, residential community in the downtown area is also within walking distance - as well as the state capitol. With rooms starting around $340 it's a decent value for a luxury hotel in dowtown Boston.
