"Nicest Pet Friendly Inn in the Area"

This is the nicest pet friendly inn in the area, but they only have 2 pet rooms available - so book early. This is a new hotel attached to the renovated mill conference area and spa. It sits on a lake, but unfortunately your view is partially of an industrial building. The inn attempted to be in the grand style of a pacific railway hotel in a smaller scale, but didn't quite make the mark. Still, there are many nice things about the hotel. The pet room Lana stayed in was very roomy, nicely furnished and had a woodsy view. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The food at the attached restaurant was first class. It was OK to leave Lana in the room while eating if she didn't make a rukus. While Lana would not make this hotel a destination in itself, it's a nice, maybe slightly pricey for what it is, place to stay if you're in the area.
