"Not Fancy but Welcoming"

This is a another pet friendly motel owned by the same group as The Village Inn of Blowing Rock and is a similar motel. It's located about a block closer to town, but the property is not as nice as The Village Inn for pets, and the rooms - at least the one Lana saw - don't have the new furnishings that The Village Inn has. But if The Village Inn pet rooms are sold out, this is a good choice. The staff was very pet friendly and the rooms were reasonable, running around $100 on Orbitz (June of 2008).
