"A Royal Greeting And Soft Breezes on the Porch"

The Ambrosia is Lana's favorite B&B in Key West. It has an excellent Old Towne location just a few blocks off Duval, but far enough away to enjoy the quieter residential feel of Key West. It actually is much nicer than their pictures on the internet. The greeting we got from Julie was incredible. Lana stayed in the Captain's Suite (Advertised $339 Feb 2009 high season, but we got a good midweek discount-- Can't say if that's always available.) It was the front part of the bottom floor of a two story Key West style wooden house with a full front porch which was for exclusive of the Captain's Suite, nice. The bed was a Queen--A bit small and a little on the extra firm side. (Lana hates to mention that because it was overall such a nice Key West Experience.) Breakfast was fabulous, scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, fresh fruit.
